Skin Loses Vitamin C With Age: What's a Face to Do?

Let's face the facts. Nobody here is growing any younger. It doesn't matter if you're reading this as a 15 year old, a 25 year old, a 45 year old, or a 95 year old. Eternal youth just doesn't exist. True: the more youthful you are, the more invincible you feel, but bear in mind, every 95 year old was ONCE a 15 year old! There's no way around it: we are all getting older. You're probably 30 seconds older now than you were when you started reading this, sorry to be the bearer of such news...

So while it's true you CAN NOT stop the clock from ticking, it is similarly true that you CAN actually stop, or better, REVERSE many of the effects of that ticking clock, especially as it impacts the look of your skin.

My dear 15-year-old: look in that lucky mirror. Get over any acne you could have at the present time - that WILL clear up if you have it. However, do you see how all the sweet skin around your face is so soft, tight, clean ... ALIVE? Yeah - the rest of us would kill for that! Please, please delight in that while you can. And then DO something about keeping it that way.

The rest of us are trying to deal with crows feet, smile lines, age spots, and so on. Some of it is our fault - no, not from smiling! But from spending way too much time unprotected in the glaring summer sun, or brainlessly baking in a health spa's tanning bed, or generally not following what people have now discovered to be solid, standard practice for skin care, the 4 unshakeable steps: cleanse, tone, skin serum, skin moisturizer. It's not tough, it takes so little time, and if any of us were back in our blessed pimply days, we'd start up this tried and true routine without delay.

Nevertheless, many of us have begun this trusted regimen 15 years late, 40 years late, etc, and STILL have had wonderful results. The kind that make me daydream about what I WOULD have looked like now, had I been doing what I should have done all along.

But no matter our ages now, it's not too late to get into the habits we wished our parents would have understood and instructed us to do all those years back.

So to the point, here's how to care for your face. You've just got one face (I should hope), so for the love of all good and holy, do this every day if nothing else:

1) Cleanse your face well with soap and water, at least twice per day. Pat dry - do not wipe hard, you'll thank yourself years later for being gentle with your face's skin.

2) Apply toner. Find your favorite brand andjust use that. Follow the instructions closely on the bottle for your best results.

3) Apply your Vitamin C Serum. This part particularly has been shown to drastically clarify, brighten, and tighten (de-wrinkle/stop wrinkles),especially when applied every day. Apply in an upward, outward motion when gently spreading the serum on face and neck. Let dry for a few seconds.

4) Apply your daily moisturizer of choice. Unlike the serum's natural vitamins and plant extract nutrients, this step infuses the layers of your skin with necessary lipids and moisture, which works in perfect concert with the serum's effects.

And that's it! This need not take much time, making you late for bus, work, bingo, or bed.
But it will leave you with your best face to show yourself and the world, for your todays - and your tomorrows.

Whats the difference between full lace wig and front lace wig

It has become common knowledge that most celebrities have now started using lace wigs to have natural looking beautiful hair. Stylists and hair experts believe that these lace wigs are probably the best way to have great hair without making use of invasive techniques and time consuming methods.

Lace wigs are made of human hair that is carefully and meticulously sewn onto a lace base to create a wig that looks natural and stunning. And not just celebrities, but even other women from all walks of life who either have hair problems or are just looking for a way to have effortlessly great hair, have now started using lace hair wigs. These hair lace wigs are available in two kinds – full lace wig and front lace wigs.

While both use a lace material as their base, the difference between the two lies in the area the lace material covers on the scalp. When it comes to the lace front wig, the lace part is only attached at the area where the forehead meets the hair line. It is attached using wig tape or an adhesive glue to keep it in place and give you a natural looking hairline.

The full lace wig on the other hand covers your full scalp and is attached at appropriate places on your whole head. This means that your natural hair goes under the lace cap at the base and the lace is glued on at the sides of your head, near the forehead and also the nape of your neck.

Another major difference between the two is their usability and to what an extent the wigs can be changed and fashioned. The lace front wig has to worn just the way it is and cannot be changed in terms of hairstyle at all. This is because the lower half and the sides of the wig are not stuck to your scalp and will show your natural hair underneath, incase you style it into a ponytail or tie it up in any way. While this means that all you need to do it stick the wig on your hair, and forget about any hair problems, you are limited to staying with the original hairstyle the wig came with.

As for the full lace wig, you have all the freedom to style it any way that you want. It is just like your natural hair and can be tied up, twirled and pinned up as you may want without the fear of having your wig getting detected in the process. This is because you have full lace coverage and the lace works to look just like your normal scalp from all sides and angles.
